Ashes 2023 Preview, second Test Day 5: Australia Beat England by 43 Runs to Go 2-0 up in 5-match series!!

England versus Australia second Test Preview, Day 5: Australia beat Britain by 43 runs to win the 2nd Ashes Test at Lord's on Sunday and take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series. England skipper Ben Stokes hit a staggering 155 after Jonny Bairstow was disputably given out baffled in the wake of wandering out of his ground on the last day. Be that as it may, England were bowled out for 327 chasing 371.

The second challenge of the Ashes 2023 is well ready. Australia made a significant stride towards getting a 2-0 lead on the penultimate day at Lord's when Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins consolidated to lessen Britain to 45/4 with the dismissals of Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ollie Pope and Zak Crawley managed early. England's chase of 371 started on an unfortunate note before Ben Duckett and Ben Stokes joined to keep the hosts in game with a crucial partnership of 69 runs for the fifth wicket.

Duckett scored a battling 50 runs prior to being given a big relief when the third umpire declared a catch taken by Mitchell Starc as not out that would have sent back the Britain opener on 50 and left England with a portion of their side in the pavilion.

The challenge may be marginally twisted in support of Australia however England are still in it.
